It was good talking to you on the phone the other day, but I wanted to follow up with a written 'Thank you' for making sure my Xecutioner Big Red 75 gr. Broadheads were shipped in a timely manner. I wasn't in a hurry; but a delay in shipping would have put me in the position of having to either delay my hunt, or cancel it. You didn't HAVE to tell me about a potential delay, but you did. This allowed me to make back-up arrangements right away, ensuring that the problem was avoided. The Broadheads arrived just four days later, on the same day I had planned to set them up. I weight match all of my arrows and bolts as closely as possible, and was able to finish the job the same day. I really appreciate not only your initiative in the assistance provided, but also your honesty in telling me about the potential shipping delay. This was my first time ordering from The Deer Store and I had a great experience working with Will. This year we dealt with a severe drought and my mid-August food plots didn’t do well. When we finally had rain in the forecast, I needed seed last minute. Will went above and beyond—he personally dropped it off at no charge so I could get it in the ground before the rain came. If you’re in Indiana and need a reliable local resource, I highly recommend checking them out.
